Dave Wright Apartments

Morris Knowles & Associates was retained by RSH Architects to perform the civil site design for a 5 story Apartment Building for Autism clients.  The Apartments will feature 42 one and two-bedroom apartments, including six for physically disabled people, on the site of the former Wright’s Seafood restaurant in Heidelberg. Morris Knowles’s tasks included the site design, municipal approvals through Heidelberg Borough and Allegheny County Planning Approvals.  Morris Knowles also performed the site survey, subdivision and lot consolidation plans and ALTA survey in order to secure funding.
