The Upper Tyrone Township hired Morris Knowles & Associates, Inc. to design a new sanitary sewer system for 602 residents which had failing private systems. This project consists of 55,000 L.F. of gravity sanitary sewer line, four pump stations and a low pressure sewer system with 116 residential grinder pump units.
